Does Vitapointe need to be rinsed out?
No - that's the whole point. Vitapointe is a leave-in conditioner. Apply it to dry hair and leave it to work. No rinsing, no fuss.
How much product should I use?
Much less than you'd expect. A "pearl" - roughly the size of a small pea - is typically enough for mid-length hair. Start with less; you can always add more. This is why one 50ml tube lasts a very long time.
What hair types is it suitable for?
Vitapointe is formulated for dry hair, but it works beautifully across all hair types - straight, wavy, curly, fine, thick, and colour-treated. It's particularly loved by people with bleached or chemically-treated hair.
Is it greasy or heavy?
No. This is one of the most common things customers say they love about it - the formula is a rich cream that absorbs well and doesn't leave a greasy or sticky residue.
When should I apply it?
Most people apply it to towel-dried hair before styling. You can also apply a tiny amount to dry hair for a mid-day smoothing touch-up or to tame flyaways.
Is this the same formula as the original Vitapointe?
Yes. We've revived the product that loyal customers loved - the formula is the one that earned Vitapointe its devoted following.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is free on every order and takes one to two business days. Next Day Delivery is £8.99 for mainland UK orders placed before 2pm.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.
Can I return it?
Yes, unopened items can be returned within thirty days. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened cosmetics unless they are faulty. See our Returns and Refunds page.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within fourteen days of your return reaching us.
What payment methods do you accept?
