- If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order, and to update it as necessary.
3. Products
- We currently sell the Vitapointe Leave-In Conditioner (50ml), available individually, as a pack of two or subscribe and save option, together with any other products we may add to the Website from time to time.
- We make reasonable efforts to display product information, packaging, and images accurately. However, slight variations in colour or packaging may occur, including due to display settings, and do not affect your statutory rights.
- Product descriptions do not constitute medical advice. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, please review the full ingredients list before use and, if in doubt, seek advice from a pharmacist or doctor before use.
- We reserve the right to discontinue or change any product at any time.
4. Orders and Acceptance
- An order placed through the Website is an offer by you to purchase the product(s) selected, subject to these Terms.
- We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.
- A contract between you and us is only formed when we dispatch the product(s) to you, at which point we will send a dispatch confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable, priced in error, or where we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices on the Website are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.
- Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order.
- We take reasonable care to ensure prices are correct at the time of publication. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price, or to cancel and refund your order.
- Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment methods offered at checkout. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
6. Delivery
- We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes set out in our Delivery Information page, which forms part of these Terms.
- Delivery timescales are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier or postal delays.
- Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect address details supplied by you.
7. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you ordinarily have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, without giving a reason.
Important: because the Vitapointe Leave-In Conditioner is a sealed cosmetic product, this right to cancel is lost once the item's seal has been broken or the packaging opened, for health and hygiene reasons, in accordance with the Regulations. This does not affect your other statutory rights, including your rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
- To cancel an unopened order within the 14-day period, please contact us at the details in Section 1 to obtain authorisation before returning the item.
- Full details of our returns process are set out in our Returns & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Returns, Refunds and Faulty Goods
- Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, subject to prior authorisation from us - see our Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.
- Items with a broken seal or opened packaging cannot be returned or exchanged, for health and hygiene reasons, except where the product is faulty or not as described.
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible, and in any event within the 30-day period, with a photo of the issue. We will arrange for the item to be returned via a prepaid label for inspection, and will issue a refund or replacement where appropriate, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in respect of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
9. Website Use and Intellectual Property
- All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Vitapointe brand name, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.
- You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content from the Website without our prior written consent.
- Customer reviews and testimonials remain the property of their authors but may be displayed by us on the Website and in our marketing with appropriate attribution.

- Subject to the above, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or products, including loss of income, business, or opportunity.
- We are not liable for any allergic reaction or adverse skin/hair reaction where you have not followed the usage instructions or ingredients guidance provided with the product, or where you have a known sensitivity that was not checked against the ingredients list prior to use.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the total price paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
12. Privacy and Cookies
Our use of your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK data protection law. 14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, processes, or the law. The version in force at the time you place an order will apply to that order. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
15. General
- Force majeure: we are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- Severability: if any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- Entire agreement: these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Exchange Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website and purchase of products.
