What we collect

  • Identity and contact details: your name, email address, delivery address, billing address and telephone number.
  • Order information: what you bought, when, the price paid, and your order history.
  • Payment information: payment is processed by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • Account information: your login details if you create an account.
  • Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to receive marketing emails.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information and how you use our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: any correspondence you send us by email, telephone or through our contact form.

Marketing

We send marketing emails only where you have opted in. Every email contains an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to opt out at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect emails relating to orders you have already placed, which we send as part of fulfilling your order.

Who we share your information with

We share your information only where necessary, and only with organisations that process it on our behalf under contract:

  • Our ecommerce platform provider, which hosts this website and stores order data.
  • Our payment providers, which process your payment securely.
  • Our delivery partners, which need your name and address to deliver your order.
  • Our email marketing provider, where you have opted in.
  • Our analytics and advertising providers, where you have consented to non-essential cookies.
  • Professional advisers, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where we are legally required to disclose.

We never sell your personal information.

International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the United Kingdom. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we make sure it is protected by an adequacy decision or by appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.

How long we keep it

  • Order and transaction records: six years from the end of the financial year in which the order was placed, to meet accounting and tax obligations.
  • Account information: for as long as your account is active, and for one year after you ask us to close it.
  • Marketing consent records: until you unsubscribe, and for two years afterwards as evidence of your preference.
  • Correspondence: two years from the date of our last contact with you.

Security

This website uses encrypted connections, and we require our providers to maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures. We restrict access to personal information to those who need it to do their job.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to request access to your personal information, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have your information erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first so that we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised last updated date.
