Delivery Information
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Order cut-off times
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at any time on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, are dispatched on the next working day.
Next Day Delivery is available to mainland UK addresses. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Delivery timescales
Delivery times are estimates measured from the point of dispatch and are not guaranteed. We will deliver your order within thirty days of the day your order is accepted unless we agree a different date with you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, extreme weather or industrial action. If a delay occurs we will contact you and let you know a revised estimate as soon as we can.
Tracking your order
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, including tracking details where the service provides them.
Incorrect delivery addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we will refund the price of the goods in full, less the original postage cost.
Missing or damaged parcels
If your order has not arrived within seven working days of the expected delivery date, please contact us so that we can investigate with the courier.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photograph of the item and the packaging as soon as possible so that we can put it right. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy for full details.
Returns
Unopened items can be returned within thirty days of delivery. For health and hygiene reasons, items with a broken seal or opened packaging cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described. Full details are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy.
